Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Agent14 Pro ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the Service for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Modify or copy the materials
Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the Service
Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials

User Accounts

Subscription and Payment

Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.

All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
To violate any international, federal, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, or intimidate others
To submit false or misleading information
To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Agent14 Pro and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Agent14 Pro, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
